What is a mesa?
A virtual or in-person community table where two or more people learn to speak Spanish for an hour each week. Mesas are held in season sessions of ten weeks- the tenth mesa being a gathering for all learners in the Mesa Turquesa community to celebrate their learning together. Anyone with the most basic notion of Spanish vocabulary can participate.
